To support the delivery of our Services, Overpath Limited (the "Processor") engages third-party entities as sub-processors to assist with our data processing activities.
Before engaging any sub-processor, Overpath conducts a security and privacy review to ensure they provide a level of protection consistent with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
